Print Slide Blank on Edge
I’m working on a Storyline 360 project where the goal is for users to be able to print a specific slide. The content of this slide was a bunch of variables that we gathered throughout the project (such as answer choices, client's name, etc.). Back in July, testing the published project in Review 360 in Edge worked perfectly. However, in late August 2026, the client reported that clicking the Print button in the Print Preview popup only showed a blank screen. I was able to replicate the issue after republishing to Review 360 and testing in Edge. Interestingly, the problem doesn’t occur in Chrome, where printing the slide works just fine. Anybody has this issue?

DShaw's checks are the right first moves. One more angle on the Edge-only part:
Review 360 serves your course inside an iframe, and Edge's print pipeline is pickier about printing from frames than Chrome's. I was debugging print-from-Storyline in an iframe on another thread this week and ran into exactly that kind of browser-specific weirdness.
Two tests that would narrow it down:
1. Publish the same project to Web (local files) and open it directly in Edge — not through Review 360. If it prints fine there, the problem is the Review 360 frame, not your slide or your trigger.
2. Run DShaw's Ctrl+Shift+P test. If the system dialog prints fine, it's Edge's preview renderer, not your content.
Post back what those two show — the fix depends on which one fails.

If it's practical, uploading the .story file will make it easier for people to help you.

Not seen this one myself, but a few things worth checking: When the blank preview appears, press Ctrl+Shift+P instead. That should open the Windows system print dialogue and bypasses Edge's preview. If that works correctly, it confirms it's the Edge preview that's the problem. Try in Edge in an InPrivate window with extensions off. These won't solve your issue but might help trouble shoot further...
