Sorry to hear you're running into issues with Review 360 unexpectedly reloading or disconnecting.
We've received similar reports recently and are actively investigating the root cause. To help us narrow it down, could you please answer a few questions?
- Are you accessing the Review 360 course via a direct Review link or through the Review 360 dashboard?
- Do you have multiple Review 360 courses open in different browser tabs when the issue occurs?
- What browser and browser version are you using?
- Can you or your IT team confirm whether the domains listed here are accessible on port 443?
I really appreciate any help you can provide. Your input will help us get to the bottom of this faster.

Bonjour merci pour votre réponse rapide.
Nous testons les review en lien directe, il peut avoir un seul review comme plusieurs onglet de review ouverts, nous testons le plus souvent les review sur Chrome mais nos clients peuvent aussi les tester sur différent navigateur notamment Edge.

We've received reports from some users that Review 360 intermittently refreshes when accessed on a Mac with IPv6 enabled.
Could you kindly confirm if your current setup includes IPv6 on a Mac and whether switching to IPv4 helps resolve the issues you're experiencing with Review 360?
