Problème remontée des résultats d'un quiz vers LMS

I used Google Translate to figure out the question, so forgive me if I misinterpreted it.

If I understand correctly, you have three quiz result slides in your course, and you want all three reported to your LMS to track. 

I think the problem lies with the way Storyline publishes the SCORM file. Under reporting, you have to select 1 quiz results to report to the LMS for completion. It doesn't report the others in the course.

I don't know that I have a solution. Depending on your LMS, you might be able to pull those values out with some creative reports, but that's just a guess. You may also consider exporting those values to an external data sheet (Office or Google forms), to track it. This is just me guessing, and hopefully sparking others' ideas around it.
