Problem publishing a course in Blackboard Ultra

We have created self-directed learning materials using Articulate Storyline 360 with 10 lessons; each has a pre and post-test. We need to publish the materials in Blackboard Ultra. However, when we publish it via SCROM, the test or other tracking does not seem to work, and the user's data and tracking of moving through the lessons do not work. What should we do? We are on a time limit and must resolve this before offering the course. Appreciate your guidance.
