Problem sound review 360
Hello,
I have the same problem with almost all my projects lately and I don't manage to understand and solve it !
I have sound on each slide and the sound works fine in storyline; But when I previsualise it with Review 360 : the sound doesn't work on the firsts slides then on later slides, it works again. But when I replay it, the sounds work fine for all the slides again (even the ones that didn't work at the 1st time).
What can I do ? If I export the project like that to put on our website, will the sound work directly for the learners when they play it for the 1st time ?
I hope someone will be able to find a solution... THANK YOU VERY MUCH !

This issue is related to the Articulate Review site, not the file itself. I’ve faced the same problem multiple times.
A practical workaround is to reduce the size of the audio file without compromising quality. This usually helps improve playback.
You typically won’t face this issue on your own server, but it can occur in Review if the internet speed is low or the server is under load.
Please try optimizing the audio and check again.
Hello, thank you for your answer. I've just tried your solution and reduced the size of my 2 first audio files that didn't work at first but it still doesn't work on review 360... :( Hopefully, it will work on our website but it is very annoying...
Can you share me the review link ? i can debug the issue using the console.log
