Problem with Glow

I was modifying an old project in Storyline 3, and I encountered a problem with the glow feature.
As you can see in my pictures, in Storyline the preview show the correct "soft" glow, but...

Thank you for sharing your file so I could test it! I see the same rectangle you describe when I publish from Storyline 3 and test in SCORM Cloud.
