I have problems with my storyline 360, I work on different projects and the same thing happens to me in all of them, when I want to prioritize the fonts by placing them in bold, and I have finally finished, I publish the project or made a preview and the bold is not reflected in the fountain.

I tried replicating the behavior using the same font (Open Sans) but the text displayed as expected for me.
As a troubleshooting step, try repairing your Storyline 360 installation to see if this helps resolve the issue. If the issue persists, please share a copy of your project file here or in private by opening a support case so we can take a closer look at what's happening. We'll delete it when we're done testing!
possibly a known problem with "variable fonts", this special version is NOT supported by the web-player => no thin, no light, no bold, no extra-bold version ...
in the install package of "variableFonts" there is also a "static" fonts version
e.g. OpenSans
deinstall the "variable" font and install the "static" version
=> now bold should be available in the published couse
