Problem with the video sound
Dear Sir/Ms:
When I was making a video with a storyline, I was already turning the sound to the maximum, but when publishing the video, the sound was very low. I don't know why. Please help me solve it. Thank you!

Sorry to hear that you ran into this behavior!
Have you tried toggling the 'Set the same volume level for all audio' option in the publishing settings to see if this makes a difference?
If toggling this option doesn't help address the behavior, would you be willing to upload a copy of your Storyline 360 project file so we can attempt to publish this on our end and observe how loud the resulting audio track would be? You can upload the file to us here, or in private by opening a case with our support team.
