Problems publishing to PDF
Hello everyone,
I’m happy to let you know we released a new update for Rise 360. This update fixes the issue you encountered where publishing to PDF could get stuck when a course included an Embed block using an iframe to display a PDF.
There’s nothing to install for web apps. New features and fixes are immediately available, though you may need to refresh the editor window to use the latest version.

At the moment, I don’t have a timeline to share for when this will be resolved. The issue is on our team’s radar, but I know that’s not especially reassuring when PDF exports are a core part of your workflow and removing iframe-based PDF embeds isn’t a practical option for you.
To help us investigate this further and keep things moving, the next step would be to open a support case if you haven’t already. If possible, sharing a copy of the affected Rise course (or a sample that reproduces the issue) will help our team review your setup more closely and ensure your experience is tied directly to the issue we’re tracking.
Your use case and the impact you’ve described are important context, and I’ve made sure that feedback is captured so the team understands how disruptive this is for courses that rely heavily on embedded PDFs.
