Problems with a video link in Review

Good morning JoseTansengco​ , actually, I tested with Handbrake and carefully checked the parameters required by Storyline, but what I found strange is that the animation has a relatively small file size. I tested with an even lower resolution, and it doesn't work the same way. In the course production format, it works fine, but in review mode, it stopped working. I say it stopped because it was working normally before. I should recreate the entire course because apparently, when creating a new course, they started working again. However, I would like to understand what happened to avoid future issues, as we work a lot with Vyond animations.
