Problems with a video link in Review
Good morning JoseTansengco , actually, I tested with Handbrake and carefully checked the parameters required by Storyline, but what I found strange is that the animation has a relatively small file size. I tested with an even lower resolution, and it doesn't work the same way. In the course production format, it works fine, but in review mode, it stopped working. I say it stopped because it was working normally before. I should recreate the entire course because apparently, when creating a new course, they started working again. However, I would like to understand what happened to avoid future issues, as we work a lot with Vyond animations.
I've also been having this issue - any updates?
I have found that sometimes shortening the file name solves it, but other times it seems impossible to fix. I've also imported the video files into a different editor and re-exported them... sometimes that works. But it's a lot of time spent trial-and-error fixing something that should just... work.

Hi MPGTraining & DanaSleeper,
Sorry to hear you're also struggling with the playback of videos in Review 360!
I ran a quick test with a sample MP4 file uploaded to a Video Block in Rise, and published to Review 360. The video played back as expected in Google Chrome.
Are you finding that this issue only occurs with media generated from the Vyond platform? Also, do you mind sharing the videos and affected Review 360 links so we can take a closer look?
