Problems with mp4-files in Rise

We have problems playing mp4-files in Rise? No problems when using Internet Explorer, but problems when using Chrome and Edge.  What do we do?

Hi Hazel. We still have problems with mp4-files in Rise (Chrome): 

Do you know if Google Chrome is supported and/or which version of Google Chrome ?

    So sorry to hear that you're still getting the same error, Mette. We recommend using the latest version of Chrome. For more browser information please visit this link.
