I'm sorry you're having issues with text overlapping! I have a few follow-up questions for you about your experience.
- It looks like you’re using a multiple-response question. Is that correct or have you added checkboxes with text?
- It looks like the one response is in the selected state. Does text always overlap when selecting each of the text boxes?
- Are you able to recreate this in other projects with multiple-response questions?
