problems with uploading images to my Rise courses using the 'replace image' function.
I seem to be having more and more problems with uploading images to my Rise courses using the 'replace image' function. Most times it seems to get stuck on 'processing'. If I cancel the process and try again I can usually get it to work after 4-5 tries, but it takes a lot of time.
It is a relatively new issue so I'm wondering if Rise has been updated and there is a bug in the upload system that was not there before?
Hi there, Jahson! I'm sorry that you've had to re-upload your images 4-5 times before they finally process successfully in Rise! That's definitely not what I would expect. Do you notice a difference if you switch to another supported web browser?
