Process block does not allow mp3 upload
Hello, I am facing an audio upload issue. When upload an mp3 as simple audio block, it seems to work. As soon as I upload the same file to the process block, Rise does not recognize the file as audio file. "Please verify the file type is audio and try again." error message appears.
Any tips?

Hi Edit,
Sorry to hear you're having trouble with audio files in a process block. Here are a few things that should help resolve the issue:
- Log out of Rise 360, then log back in.
- Try a different web browser - these are supported for authoring.
- Add a new process block, and upload the audio file there to see if it uploads successfully.

I was having the same problem using the labeled graphic block. I discovered that I could add the audio by clicking "record audio" and then selecting "upload file". that also made it possible to upload both a visual image and the audio voice-over, which in my opinion was a much better solution for the learner.
