Project Management Professional (PMP)Certificate & Better E-Learning Project Processes

My name is Waleed Alani, and I work for the City of Phoenix as a Curriculum & Training Coordinator.
I am planning to study and take the Project Management Professional (PMP) exam https://www.pmi.org/certifications/project-management-pmp.

Are there good resources or professional groups/associations to network and work with them? Any other resources or contact information to network with eLearning professional people who have the PMP certificate?
