Publish to LMS/LRS- "Modern" to "Classic"

Hello kaitc11,

Happy to help!

You'll need to go through your feedback layers to ensure none of them are using the "Dialog" option shown here:

Once you've switched all of the feedback layers to use the "Layer" option, you'll then be able to switch the player to Classic format. Feel free to share a copy of your project file here or in private by opening a support case if you need any help with making the changes!

Thank you for the information. Oddly enough, all of the feedback layers were already set to "Layer".

I will plan on opening a support case to get further support. Thank you.

    Hi kaitc11,

    I see my teammate, John, was able to help you out with this! For anyone following along or experiencing a similar issue, there were a few layouts from the feedback masters that were using the dialog setting. Once removed, the classic player could be used.
