LMS vs LRS

Hi, I’d like to anonymously track Storyline course data including pre-test and post-test scores, course duration, and data on whether or not participants are scoring correctly on specific exam questions. Simultaneously, I would also like the course to submit (non-anonymous) data to the LMS to simply track whether or not the participant complete the course. The anonymous data will be for developers and stakeholders to evaluate the course based on the scores and the validity of the exam questions according to data, and to view the data as it changes over time. We do not want to reveal participants’ names when tracking this information. Does anyone have suggestions on the process for this?
