Publish to Web Isses
Hi there.
We recently published various SL 360 files to Web and have run into issues with buttons being 'unclickable', therefore layers not being seen.
Is this a known issue, or are we required to build the SL file so the learner doesn't click to access additional information on layers?
Thanks!

Are your buttons are working when you preview the course?
If the buttons work when you preview the course, but they don't work when published, I suggest you contact support: Contact Support for Help with Any Articulate E-Learning Course Development Software
If the buttons don't work when previewed or published, there's probably some setting and/or trigger that's causing the issue. Troubleshooting would just be guessing without seeing the .story file. If you upload it, someone might be able to solve the issue.
Here are the best practices for uploading a .story file:
- Only include slides that are related to the problem.
- Be sure objects, layers, motion paths, and variables have meaningful names.
- If there is proprietary content, replace or delete it. For example, replace proprietary text with “ipsum lorem” text.

I'm having this same problem and am interested in a response. It works fine in preview but after I publish it, it gets stuck or acts unstable and the variables don't work correctly.
Hello NatalieMohr,
Happy to help!
Does your course work as intended when you publish it to Review 360? How about publishing it for LMS distribution and hosting it on SCORM Cloud?
If you can replicate the issue regardless of where you publish your course, try importing your slides to a new project file to see if this fixes the issue. If the issue persists, please share a copy of your project file here or in private by opening a support case so we can look closely at what's happening. We'll delete it when we're done testing!
