Publish to Web output changed

Hi,

We have Storyline 360 x64, version 3.89.32618.0.  When we publish to web, we sometimes get a story_html5.html file, and sometimes we do not. We always get the story.html file, but when we get the html5 as well, it becomes difficult to update existing courses on our web server because when we republish, the html5 drops off and the link changes. Can you explain why this is happening and how to avoid it? There is no publishing setting for this. I added screenshots of two courses published for Web exactly the same way, same settings, but with different outputs.

    It is unlikely the March one was published in Match this year as that would be from a very old version of storyline that includes flash fliles in the published output. The July is what happens now. You probably have a machine with an old version of storyline.

      the explanation is simple, is was exported in March with Storyline32 and in July with Storyline64

      • Storyline 3.90 (32 bit) can still publish Flash today, but only for old .story files
      • Storyline 3.90 (64 bit) not
