Publish to Web

When I attempt to Publish to Web, I continue to get an Error "Something went wrong. There was an error publishing your course. Please try again." After a few minutes, I then receive an email indicating my content is ready for download. When I open the link and select "Download Content", nothing happens. Is anyone else experiencing similar issues?

    Sorry to hear you've hit this setback when publishing from Rise 360 to the Web! I'd be happy to help troubleshoot and had some follow-up questions to start.

    • Does this issue occur with one specific course, or all of the courses you try to publish?
    • Have you tried clearing your browser's cache or using a different supported browser?
    • Does the course contain any empty File Attachment Blocks? It might be helpful to check if any of those blocks have lost their attachments somehow.
