Publishing PDF
1) I no longer seem to have the option to publish a course (or microlearning) to PDF. 2) I also can't get the screen to scroll down past Web if anything exists beyond. (the scroll bar only moves the background.)

Thanks for sharing the screenshot.
The PDF export option should appear below the Web section, so it looks like the issue may be that the Publish panel isn't fully visible on your screen.
A few things I'd recommend trying:
- Maximize your browser window.
- Reset your browser zoom level to 100%.
- If possible, change your display resolution to the recommended setting for your monitor.
Please let us know if you're able to see additional publishing options below the Web section after trying those steps.
