Question About Using Articulate for Systems Training
Hi everyone,
Has anyone used any of the products in the Articulate suite to conduct effective systems training? The team I'm part of is taking on a larger role in training a customer service team....
Hi Steve, you can if you have the time. A couple of times in the past I have mimic systems by taking a lot of screenshots and then controlling them with triggers/hotspots. Depending on what you want you may also be able to use the native recording feature that's built into S360.

I've done the screenshot and hotspots in the past and you're right, it takes a lot of time to recreate an environment.
