Question: Removing courses that you don't own from Review 360

Hi everyone,

For a bit of background information, we publish our courses to a shared team folder in Review 360. Our team's rule is that once a course has gone through all necessary reviews and is live in the LMS, we export the comments, then delete the course from Review 360.

A colleague recently accepted an opportunity outside the company and was asked to delete the courses they owned from the team folder. Unfortunately, they missed two courses, and since the rest of my team, including myself, are only editors, we can't delete them ourselves.

I'm wondering if there is any possible way to get these courses removed from our folder now that the owner is unavailable to do so? If not, do you have any other advice/workarounds we could try?

I appreciate your time and assistance with this 🙂

Happy to provide some insight on this!

Has your colleague's Articulate ID already been removed from your 360 Teams subscription? When someone is removed from a team, the admin must transfer all of their shared content in order to complete that process. If this has already occurred, then ownership of that shared content should have been moved the new individual chosen by your admin.

However, if the colleague is still listed on your 360 Teams subscription, your admin can follow the steps outlined here. This will allow them to remove the colleagues Articulate ID, and transfer their shared content to another individual. After that, the user who inherited that shared content will become the new owner and can delete items from the Team Folder in Review 360.

Looking forward to hearing from you!
