Questions removed from Results Slide

You're not missing anything obvious — and I'd resist calling it a new bug until you check one thing.

The results slide tracks each question by its internal ID, so the checkbox list is really a list of pointers, not a list of slides. In my experience, the most common cause of "edit a question and it unchecks itself" is that the edit created a new question object under the hood: converting the question type, deleting and re-adding the slide, or copying a question in from another file all orphan the original reference, and Storyline silently drops it from the results slide.

Quick diagnostic: when you say "edit a question," what kind of edit? Changing text in Slide View shouldn't do it. But editing in Form View and changing the question type, or replacing the slide entirely, absolutely would. Also note whether it happens right after an undo or a copy-paste — both are easy ways to create a "new" question without realizing it.

If it's genuinely plain text edits on the same slide and the box still deselects, that's worth reporting to support as a possible regression, since that isn't how it should behave. Either way, before you ship: open Quiz Settings, re-check all five, and confirm the total score adds up to what you expect.
