Quiz base layer disappears

I have created a quiz but when submitting the results the base layer with the question disappears and only the feedback shows. I tried importing it into a new file and it still doesn't work. ...

You may wanna check if the base layer objects are set to be visible on the feedback layer. See the attached screenshot.
