Thank you for taking the time to share those extra details. I can't say I've seen the issue you're describing where glitches pop up as the file gets larger, but that's not to say there isn't something going on in your case.
I can understand how this is getting frustrating, so I'd love it if you could work directly with one of our support engineers.
