It sounds like you've run into erratic behavior when viewing quiz slides on your LMS. I'd be happy to troubleshoot this with you!
A helpful first step would be testing your course in SCORM Cloud. It is a virtual LMS environment we use to determine if an issue lies with a project file, or the LMS itself. If you test your course with SCORM Cloud, and the quiz slides function as intended, then your issue is likely LMS-based.
