Hi Corey!

This is an issue that our QA Team is aware of and working on. I will add this thread for their awareness, but I have no timeline to provide.

Workarounds:
Disable seekbar, or make seekbar read only

    Thanks for your quick response, Leslie. Hopefully the team is able to
    come up with a solution in the near future.

    In the meantime, let me understand the workarounds you presented. If I
    disable the seekbar or make it read only, then once the video is launched,
    the learner cannot pause or control it at all. They just have to watch it
    straight thru. Do I have that right? (Some of our video clips are
    actually pretty long, so I'm hesitant about that option).

    Also, if I build controls into the video themselves (outside of Articulate
    Storyline), I'm assuming that if they end up using those, the Storyline
    text animation will again to be out of sync if they pause, rewind, or FF
    the video. You agree?
