Quiz Review Slides all showing Red Incorrect Label

Thanks for sharing your project file with us. The reason why your quiz is reviewing incorrectly is because you have the revisit behavior of your slides set to "Reset to initial state".
What this does is reset the state of your slide to how it was when your course was initially launched, effectively erasing any of the learner's responses. To correct the issue, change the revisit behavior to either "Resume saved state" or "Automatically decide".
