Quiz score screen
You can customize the Results slide however you want. You aren't required to show the percentage. Just delete that info from the slide.
The easiest way to show the number of correct questions vs. the total questions is to make each question worth only 1 point (instead of the default 10 points). Then show the ScorePoints vs. PassPoints, which will be the number of correct questions vs. the total questions. FYI: The points are defined in FORM VIEW.
You don't have to use the Success and Failure layers, either (though those make it easy to show the appropriate message about whether the user passed or failed.
As for your other question: There's no standard question that allows the user to select one or two responses and still be marked correct. For that, you'd need custom programming.
Thanks for your response, much appreciated. I am using Rise360.
Do you know if there is a way to remove the x in the quiz/knowledge check results screens?

Hi GeorgeWinfield!
Glad to see Judy has been helping you!
I noticed you've also opened a support case, being handled by my teammate Darwin. It looks like he replied to your e-mail sharing insight to your request. We can continue the conversation there to keep all information in one spot.
