Quiz with Try again (2 attempts) and "reset to initial state"

I need to use these 2 options with exercises :
- 2 attempts
- Reset the original question state when the learner needs to "try again".
So what I did is :

Helo Leslie.....I have created two quiz both have 2 attempt ..there is a problelm..when i attempt first quiz 2 time then 2nd quiz run only 1 time..but if i attempt first question 1 time then second question have 2 attempt..plz can you hlep me regatding this problme
