Quizmaker Title is Incorrect in Word

When I publish my quizmaker file to word, the file name is incorrect and the title in the word doc is also incorrect.

The correct title is showing in quiz properties, correct in the player title field and also correct in the publish menu.

Help please!

    Hello Carrie!

    Thank you for sharing the file! I also experienced this on my end with your file. Was that file name the original name of the file? 

    To alter this, I recommend either renaming the Word file or importing the questions into a new quiz and publishing them with the file name you'd like.
