Quote blocks not picked up by NVDA

Hello,

I can't find any previous posts about this, and cannot see it listed as a known accessibility issue with Rise 360. My team tests all modules with NVDA screen reader before they go live, and we've noticed that NVDA does not recognise and pick up any quote blocks. We updated NVDA to ensure we are using the latest version, and have tested across multiple browsers. Does anyone know if this is an NVDA specific issue? Do JAWS or other screen readers pick up quote blocks? I often use Quote block D as a work around to use icons, and while it's not essential, it would be a shame to stop using quote blocks at all.
