Contabilizar tiempo de conexión en LMS
Hi MartaPerojoSalm!
Glad to see Luciana has been helping you!
When publishing from Storyline 360 to xAPI or cmi5, the package automatically sends certain statements to the LMS. Specifically, an 'experienced verb' when a learner enters a slide, and a 'left' verb when a learner leaves a slide. Elapsed Time Variables can help with tracking the specific amount of time a learner spends on a slide. However, if connection times are not being reported accurately by your LMS, it's possible this behavior is LMS-specific. As Luciana touched upon.
Have you had a chance to test the published output in an LMS-test environment like SCORM Cloud? This can help determine if an issue lies with a .story file, or the LMS itself. Also, if Moodle is not the LMS that's being used, do you mind clarifying which LMS you and your team are working with? I'm hopeful other members of the community using the same one, can share additional insight!
Hola Steven,

Hello MartaPerojoSalm,
Thank you for your reply! I understand that you cannot experience the Elapsed Time Variables successfully in SCORM Cloud. Currently, you can only record data for the duration spent on the last slide of your course.
- Do you notice any difference in your experience in SCORM Cloud if you add conditions to your triggers?
It would be helpful to take a closer look at your file so we can examine your project setup more thoroughly. You can share your .story file with us in this thread or privately in a support case.
Looking forward to hearing from you!

Hola Luciana,
Creo que el problema es que no se añadir los condicionantes de la forma correcta.
He enviado el archivo a soporte de forma privada.
Muchas gracias a todos por la ayuda.

Hi MartaPerojoSalm,
I see my teammate, Mark, shared in your case that Articulate content reports these activity types and verbs to your LMS provider. The "attempted " verb notifies the LMS that a course has begun. Once you have that, you must wait for the completed, passed, or failed verbs to compute the total time. I hope this helps!
