Sorry to hear that you ran into this behavior.

Since your course works both in preview and when published to Review 360, there's a chance that the issue might be isolated to when your course in your LMS. One way to confirm this is to test your course in a different LMS and for this, we recommend using SCORM Cloud. Here's how:

Additional tests that you can do is testing using other browser's, as well as making sure that you have all browsers kept up-to-date with the latest updates. 

If your course shows the same issue in SCORM Cloud, please send us a copy of your course by uploading it here or through a case with our support team so we can check why publishing to LMS causes your fonts to display improperly.
