Storyline 360 currently doesn't support multiple languages for Closed Captions so I added your voice to the feature request that we already have open for this enhancement. We'll let you know as soon as we have any new updates to share regarding the request!

In the mean time, you can take a look at this ELH discussion that uses a simple Javascript workaround to see if it works for your setup.
