Great question!
Reach 360 is designed to work seamlessly with Rise 360 and Storyline 360. Currently, you'll need to publish a course from one of these authoring tools to share with learners. If you want learners to watch a video, one option is to add it to your Rise 360 course first, and then submit the course to Reach.
Similarly, you can add a PDF document using a Multimedia embed block in Rise 360, and then submit to Reach. My teammate, Chino, lists the instructions here. You may also want to check out this post on how to make your PDF pop in Rise 360. As for importing Word documents into Rise, we have an open feature request for this ability, so we'll keep you updated if anything changes!
