Reach360 management access

Hi,

we are looking into moving from our existing authoring tools to a new one and as I voted for Articulate, I have to honor to test it before we (maybe) get more licences and switch.

We will continue to use our LMS, but Reach360 might be useful for distributing e-learnings to people outside our organisation, eg. business partners. When I try to publish a course to Reach, I get an error message about missing management access, although our IT department did activate Reach, do they have to do something elset? How do different roles work, has an author not automatically the right to publish?

    Thanks for the vote!

    The error you're seeing suggests that your Reach 360 account doesn't have permission to publish training content. While you have an Articulate 360 authoring license, that doesn't automatically grant publishing permissions in Reach 360.

    This article outlines the tasks available in Reach 360 and which roles have permission to perform them. Only Reach 360 Admins can publish courses in Reach 360. If you have a different role, you can submit your training for a Reach 360 Admin to review and publish. In many organizations, the Reach 360 Admin is also the owner of the Articulate 360 Teams subscription.
