I'm not sure if anyone has encountered this before as I couldn't find anything on the discussion forums.

As i have an older version of SL3 there might be a difference in publishing. Im missing these files in my published folder. I used your publish settings, zipped the folder from the SL window and then unzipped it on my HD to inspect it.
