Removing the Resume after course has been completed
Hey there. I have been reading this issue but not sure if there has been a fix. Once a user has completed the exam, we don't want the user able to open the course and resume. Reason being is they just jump to where they completed their certificate and the score is reapplied again. We want to have the user RESTART the course. Any suggestions would be appreciated?

Hello Rhonda!
It sounds like you'd like for the learner to restart the course when they launch the course after completing it. If so, you'd want to set the Resume Behavior to Never Resume, and the course would start from the beginning.
