Replace image - stuck on 'processing'
Hi,
I seem to be having more and more problems with uploading images to my Rise courses using the 'replace image' function. Most times it seems to get stuck on 'processing'. If I cancel the process and try again I can usually get it to work after 4-5 tries, but it takes a lot of time.
It is a relatively new issue so I'm wondering if Rise has been updated and there is a bug in the upload system that was not there before?

Hi Karen! Please try clearing your browser cache, and let us know if that resolves the problem. If not, please open a case here, and our Support Engineers will work with you one-on-one to get this sorted out!

Hello!
I have the same problem now (June 8, 2023). When I go to replace the current cover image, it seems to get stuck in 'processing'. Also, the bin icon to delete the current cover image has disappeared.
Please, help!!

Hi everyone.
We've identified an outage with Rise 360 where when you try to upload an image, it gets stuck uploading. You can follow our status page for updates by clicking here. I'll also update you here once the situation is resolved. I'm sorry for the trouble!
Good news! Rise is back up and running.
You may need to refresh your course or relaunch your browser before uploading your images to your Rise course, and you should be good to go!
