Report three separate scores to LMS

First of all your LMS must have an option to 'read' all the questions and answers sent by Storyline.
I've done succesful multiple-reports using SCORM 2004 4th and Moodle. Basically moodle allows you to track every question. You can for example make hidden results slide where the score is assigned to some variable, and that variable is passed as numerous answer to LMS. Then, on LMS, you can read it. But as I said, that's not a common feature of the LMSes and also you will probably need to pick out every user separately and check their answers, as it won't show easily in the frontend for every user. On moodle at last that's not possible.
The best way however is to simply split the course into separate modules if that's possible.
