Reporting status in LMS - when fail quiz status is RESUME in LMS

Hi community, 

I've been struggling with this issue, SCORM 2004 published with Passed/Failed option, and when I fail the quiz I want the status to report as Failed, however is shows as Resume (in ABSORB LMS). I've tried all other options of reporting including Completed/Failed, as well ass adding a trigger on a Fail layer of quiz results: Complete course as Incomlete/Failed when timeline starts on this (failed) layer.

Am I missing a trigger? Please help :)
