Reset a student's scorm in Canvas

Is there a way that I can reset a student's scorm (Rise) attempt?  A small population of students get "stuck". Example: They complete, checkmarks show for the student Rise assignment but LMS does not recognize completion. The assignment is in a perpetual "stuck" because LMS still assumes the student is "in progress". We need a way to reset the attempt. Help!
