Thanks for reaching out! Happy to share case details on expected behavior from my colleague Nikko!
Currently, Rise 360 doesn’t have a built-in feature to automatically reset progress or force a full course restart after a failed assessment. The “Restart Course” button can visually take the learner back to the first lesson, but it won’t reset their progress or quiz results. That said, some LMSs may allow learners to reset their progress or enforce retake rules based on completion or score reporting.
We'd be happy to take a closer look at your project file. You can share a copy of your course in a support case.

I'd like to see this feature as well.The LMS that I host my Articulate courses doesn't let users reset it.
It would be great if Articulate SCORM file could have this option of letting learners restart the course (and quiz). Would it possible, please?

Thank youOur learners can restart the entire course or repeat any quiz whenever they choose. It's a question of how you set up your course whether this is possible or not.
But if I set it up for x trials. After that, learner can't restart the course and the quiz. And learner is unable to retake the course.
The idea would be that learners could retake the entire course and quiz and I couldn't find how t odo it.
