I took a look at your .story file and noted that there was a question bank completed, but no question draw was inserted in the course. To clarify, a draw must be inserted into the course in order to add a quiz and connect it to a Results Slide.
I was able to insert the Draw from Question Bank as well as the Results Slide into your course within the same scene as your content! Here is a quick 3-minute Peek where I walk you through that process from beginning to Preview!

Funnily enough, I remembered about the question draw after I'd posted this, I then had a bit more of a fiddle around but still couldn't quite get it working.
Using the quick 3 minute video today, however I was able to get the whole thing working as it should be, my takeaway is that to get a quiz working you need the trio of bank, draw and results slides, and as usual Articulate is easy when you know how.
Just to feedback, I found the quick video an excellent method of support, as it provided me with the exact info that I needed in a nice visual / audio format, and got me straight back on track,
