I understand that your learners are unable to successfully resume a completed or partially completed course using the Resume button. Happy to learn more!

 

We'd be happy to review your file after you've completed testing in SCORM Cloud. You can share a screen recording of this behavior and your .story file in a support case so our team can take a closer look.

    We use Intellum to host the content.

    We use SCORM 1.2 when we publish our files. We tested the SCORM 2004 and it is incompatible with our LMS.

    I'll test the course in SCORM cloud. We haven't yet.

    Is the Yes/No button screen part of Articulate? Our team hasn't seen that on other modules we've published.
