- Is this happening to a specific mobile device, or does it happen to all mobile devices?
- What is the mobile device used? What about the browser version?
- Have you tried using a different mobile browser (e.g., mobile chrome, mobile safari, android browser) to verify if the issue persists?
- Is the mobile browser updated? See these system requirements with mobile browsers for viewing Storyline published courses.
- What is your LMS? Have you tried uploading your course in SCORM Cloud then testing it using a mobile device? Here are those steps and helpful troubleshooting tips.
If your course works in SCORM Cloud but not in your LMS, Georvy recommends contacting your LMS provider for next steps. Please let me know if you received the email I forwarded and any follow-up questions!
