Resume function is not working in the Rise
Hi Kaushal! Thanks for reaching out! Rise will resume at the start of the last Lesson regardless if the blocks are all text-based, media-based or a combination of either. If the course only has 1 Lesson, it will resume to the start of that lesson if the course was not completed.
If your course is having trouble resuming to the start of the lesson and has more than 1 lesson section, please try testing in SCORM Cloud. If you still have trouble, can you please open a support case with us? We'd like to take a look!
Hello! Regarding "Resume". What about a RISE microlearning? I have a micro course with a few blocks and a SL block with a Continue button when all content above has been reviewed. But the course does NOT resume at all in our LMS. It starts from the beginning. Is that how micro courses function since a spot cannot be bookmarked?
The way resume works in a regular Rise course, is that the student will restart at the top of the Lesson they were busy with during their last session.
As a microlearning is just a Rise course with a single lesson, resume will also restart the "Lesson" from the beginning. It will not resume at block level.
